Gripper Feeder (Two Material)

- Suitable for feed double strip of material,feeding upper and lower two material entire die for punching,shaping,riveting,soldering.

- Supply each strip of material adjusted thickness,width,pitch feed length,release angel independently to obtain versatile requirement.

- It used especial mechanical structure to brake traditional working and achieved high speed probably(SPM600).Our target is to raise production,reduced cost,improved quality.

- Without pneumatic source and easy installation.

Quick adjustment and convenient operation:

a. Feed length:it can adjust in punching process.

b. Release angle:it can adjust in punching process.

c. Thickness adjustment:with standard thickness plate.

- Function of material fixed position of entire die:which assure there two material was fixed inside die correctly.

- Integral body design,Iubrication by oil tank,to reach high accuracy,low damage,extended life.

- Supply especial material guide device that the material got more smooth and shorted distance of these two material(upper and lower strip material).
